That's the Youth WinterSports Alliance!

The Youth WinterSports Alliance seeks to get more kids actively participating in winter sports programs by utilizing the remarkable sports venues just in our backyard!

Many of the youth from Summit and Wasatch Counties have a burning desire to get outdoors and participate in sports.  That simple point, together with the fact that our community is home to state-of-the-art competition venues, sports enthusiasts and burgeoning sports clubs, makes the pursuit of sport a natural goal for our children.

The Alliance takes to heart statistics that show children involved in sports lead healthier lives, are more motivated, and make better choices than those who are idle.
